A new date will be announced later. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Election Committee (Kosningastjórn) calls a meeting on socialist opposition outside parliament on Saturday, January 25th at 2:00 PM. The topic of discussion is how socialists can work as an extra-parliamentary opposition by responding to issues that come from parliament, as well as by putting issues on the agenda in public discourse. Many things fall under this regarding how best to conduct criticism and debate. The Election Committee seeks discussion on socialists as a voice outside parliament and how best to utilize that voice to achieve the goals of a society of freedom, equality, human dignity, and solidarity.

The meeting will be held in Vorstjarna - Alþýðuhús, Bolholti 6, 105 Reykjavík. Access to the building is on the north side on the ground floor. The meeting will also be on Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/5751158534 (password if requested: 010517).
