Discussion on Judicial Matters 3

Last weekend, the Policy Board (Málefnastjórn) of the Socialist Party of Iceland had 3 individuals discuss their views and experiences of Icelandic judicial matters.

This was done because a group of randomly selected socialists is now beginning work on drafting the party's policy on judicial matters.

The third and final meeting on judicial matters dealt with the legal status of victims in sexual offense cases. Hildur Fjóla Antonsdóttir, a legal sociologist, came on behalf of Stígamót.

She was asked to prepare a report on ways to improve the legal status of victims in sexual offense cases, which she presents to us here:
