Socialist Coffee Feb 27: We all protest

What should we protest and how? What is the role of socialists in protests and other actions where the oppressed rise up and demand improvements?

All those interested in protests and a just society are encouraged to come and participate in the conversation, volunteer for work and preparation for protests in the coming weeks. Representatives from various grassroots groups share their experience with protests; the Yellow Vests, Jæja, Reconstruction of the Labor Movement, the Sign Men, Action Group of Respected Disabled and Elderly, etc.

Lunchtime protests of recent weeks will be reviewed and more such protests organized, the Hunger March in March prepared, an outdoor meeting on March 8 when low-wage women lay down their work, and much more.

The conversation begins at 8 PM in Dósaverksmiðjan, Borgartún 1, the house opens at 7:30 PM. Coffee, tea, waffles, politics, and fighting spirit.
