Socialists collect for election fund

The Socialist Party has sent out an optional payment request to all its members with a request for a ISK 5,000 contribution tothe election fund of the Socialist Party. The contribution is optional, the claims of those who do not want or cannot contribute to the election fund will disappear by the end of summer without any repercussions.

As the Socialist Party is a young party, it will need to wage a long election campaign to introduce its priorities, policy and goals, and candidates as election day approaches. We therefore need to have a small fund to advertise, rent meeting facilities, pay for the cost of events and other incidental expenses. The election fund will not pay anyone a salary, only cover incurred expenses. Your contribution matters greatly.
