Announcement

Dear members,

There has been great progress in the party's work in recent months, as can be seen from the party's eventful newsletters, and significant recruitment has taken place. Unfortunately, the announced meeting today had to be cancelled before it was formally opened due to disruptions and interruptions from people. These people attended the meeting to disrupt it with requests to go beyond the scope of the meeting. We are very sorry that members who attended in good faith did not get to participate in a meeting where the boards (stjórnir) intended to inform about their work.

The new boards have placed strong emphasis on meeting procedures and respect. When that is disregarded, a meeting unfortunately cannot take place with the advertised agenda and approved meeting procedures. The boards, however, look brightly ahead to the many good and informative meetings and events that are ahead, where we will discuss socialism and our party's vision on how we change society for the better.
