An outdoor meeting will be held at Austurvöllur on May 1st at 14:15 under the title:
We want our society back!We want our movement back!
An informal group of people is organizing the meeting, Reconstruction of the Labor Movement. On the Facebook page of the group it says: All basic systems of society have been bent to the interests of the rich and powerful. We want society to be adapted to the interests of the many and people guaranteed decent conditions, security, and rights.

Let's stop the self-enrichment of the rich and build a society for the many! Let's reclaim the labor movement as a tool for workers for a just society.
